Raw File Rescue ($95/hr) is for audio with real damage—heavy background noise, room echo, clipping, or recordings another editor couldn't fix. Send us a sample. We'll be honest about whether it's salvageable, and you only pay if we succeed.
Two revision rounds are included with every package. After delivery, you have 14 days to send feedback—timestamped notes work best. We make the changes and send updated files. Second round works the same way. Beyond that, additional revisions are billed hourly.
